The Neck Nirvana is a lovely treatment that focuses on the muscles of the head, neck and shoulders. We start off with hot towels under and around the neck to warm the tissues while we massage the scalp and face. After unwrapping, we thoroughly massage all the muscles in the neck with Epicuren Arnica Relief® and a mint, basil and wintergreen essential oil blend to provide deep and lasting relief. Perfect for those who work at a desk or just finished at the dentist!

The Back Bliss followed by the Neck Nirvana. Why choose when you can have both! Back Bliss is a wonderful treatment that focuses entirely on the back. Neck Nirvana is a lovely treatment that focuses on the muscles of the head, neck and shoulders.

The Back Bliss is a wonderful treatment that focuses entirely on the back. We start off with hot towels that stimulate and warm the muscles while we work acupressure points all along the spine. Following up with Lomi style massage using Epicuren Arnica Relief® and optional hot stones and cupping to get the tension to release and you feeling back into a blissful state of being.

Reflexology on the feet can stimulate relaxation and recovery all over the body. We start this foot focused treatment with quick scrub followed by a sea clay and avocado mask to deep clean and moisturize the feet. While the mask is on we massage the calves and legs with hot stones. After removal of the mask with hot towels, we massage the feet using acupressure techniques and a rosemary and mint infused cream.

Drawing from the Lakota Native inspired Healing Raindrop Therapy,  this treatment combines Hot Stone Massage with 9 specific essential oils applied along the spine to help boost the immune system, reduce stress, aid in detoxification, and stimulate circulation. You are then wrapped up in warm blankets and left to listen to the waves and drift into supreme relaxation. After 15-20 minutes, you will be unwrapped and this completes the treatment. Excellent for the fall season, to relax, rest and revitalize your body.
